Depending on the job you decide to train for, different requirements apply e.g. for the school-leaving certificate. You will find these requirements in the description of the particular job being trained for. In addition to this we observe the ability to work in a team and the commitment of our trainees, their ability to compose written correspondence, their pleasure in craft work, good mathematical knowledge and interest in economic and technical subjects. To get to know them better from this point of view, the selection process will include a test, along with a personal interview. |
