How does the training at STILL finish?

STILL offers a varied training programme: Along with the accompanying programme of many seminars and training sessions, the trainees "go through" individual departments during the whole of their training period, for example, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Marketing, Assembly, Business Administration and Engineering. Trainees get to know a lot about STILL, and the more commercial trainees can decide on a department on which they will focus, which will be specified at the end of their training.
