STILL at the first LogTech Festival in Hamburg

Enabling circular logistics

Last week, the LogTech Festival had its premiere at the Edelfettwerk in Hamburg. Organised by the German Logistics Association (BVL), the compact event format aimed to "bridge the gap between the established and the new in the world of logistics". Thus, the mix of around 30 participants - from established companies in the logistics industry to the absolute "newbies" of the scene - and more than 300 visitors was quite diverse.

STILL presents trends in automation, sustainability and energy

Of course, STILL was right in the middle of this new event format and presented smart product innovations on the future topics of automation, sustainability and energy at its stand - using the example of the autonomous order picker OPX iGo neo. At the festival's "Beach Club", STILL also invited visitors to the LogTech Now session on the topic of "Enabling circular logistics together". Here, Frank Müller, Senior Vice President STILL Brand Management, discussed what smart, customer-focused and sustainable solutions for sustainable intralogistics might look like with other representatives of the industry in an airy, relaxed atmosphere.

"The LogTech Festival is a great example of how much our industry is shaped by new ideas, innovations and paths", summarises Frank Müller. " Especially in times of great upheaval and necessary changes, looking beyond one's own nose and exchanging ideas with each other are very important - and helpful. I am pleased that we were able to be part of this and make a contribution to the important discussion about circular solutions in logistics."
