STILL cancels LogiMAT participation
Health and safety come first
Hamburg, March 03, 2020 - Health comes first: Given the increasing spread of the corona virus worldwide and now also in various regions of Europe, STILL decided not to participate in the LogiMAT intralogistics trade fair this year. STILL will be presenting the latest news, intelligent solutions and high-performance products to their customers via digital channels and other industry meetings throughout the year.
For STILL the focus on the people connected with the company is at the heart of every action. The aim of generating added value for partners is firmly anchored in the company's mission statement. This also includes the matter of safety. For this reason STILL decided not to take part in the intralogistics fair LogiMAT this year.
"Even if the highest safety standards are observed, at large events with great numbers of visitors currently there is no guarantee that a spread of the corona virus can be excluded. As the protection of both our visitors and our trade fair team is of paramount importance to us, we have decided not to participate in the trade fair," says Thomas A. Fischer, Managing Director Sales, Marketing and Service of STILL GmbH in Hamburg.
As STILL maintains a close and trustful exchange with their customers and partners, the possibilities of the digital channels will be used to talk about the latest products and solutions on the one hand, and on the other customer contact will be made up for at later industry meetings in the course of the year, says Fischer.
