Excellent employer branding at STILL

STILL’s recruitment advertisement is the audimax readers’ favourite

STILL’s recruitment advertisement - „You are the key player!“ was voted the audimax reader’s favourite among 802 respondents in the college student magazine audimax Wi.Wi., Issue 06/2015. STILL’s HR Development Manager Marc Dechmann and his team received the certificate naming STILL as the readers’ favourite in their own offices yesterday´s Tuesday. It was presented on behalf of the audimax readers by Oliver Bialas, Publisher of the audimax magazine. According to the editors of the college magazine audimax Wi.Wi.: “With 31.3% of the votes cast, the recruitment advertisement was voted the best, most striking, most original and most interesting advertisement motif in the issue.”

STILL also gained a position in the 2016 employer ranking in the “Universum Student Survey 2015” by the employer branding consultancy company Universum, with more than 34,000 respondents in Germany. Students expressed their opinion in the survey about the perception and attractiveness of employers and about their career preferences. Students mentioned STILL proactively so often in the survey that STILL has now been included in the list of Germany’s “Most Attractive Employers” for the 2016 survey.

Through the employer branding campaign „You are the key player!“, which was actively supported by its own employees, STILL has ensured that it has a strong image as an employer. The campaign, with the company’s attributes and values communicated in it as an employer brand, was very well received among potential employees.
